Equipment Breakdown
Stress level rising what can we do?
Give us a call, we cant guarantee you an engineer immediately and he certainly wont be there in 15 minutes, but its worth a call, it wont be the first time our engineer happens to be just down the road at the next garage or workshop.
Also, if the situation is desperate, we may be able to advise you on safely getting the lift down with the car intact until we can get there and rectify the problem.

Calibration Service
With any major Garage Equipment investment you will want to ensure it operates exactly as the day it was tested and calibrated at the factory.
Everyday, and with constant usage a little wear and tear will be happening "especially in a busy MOT bay"
You may not notice it, but it will be happening and it will effect the accuracy of the equipment.
To keep your equipment operating accurately and in some cases to identify worn components before failure, we would recommend calibration to the manufacturers specification and timescales.
AXGE are more than happy to offer you Calibration on a one off basis, by Annual Calibration Contract with pre-determined dates which enables you to forward plan maintenance and down time.

The Garage got customer to help with work on his car. The Company director, walked away and left the customer standing under car on the lift. The Vehicle then fell off lift and on to the customer. The customer was in the critical care unit for six days and suffered permanent, life-changing injuries. The Health and Safety Executive says he is lucky to be alive.

I've been supplying New Equipment, Servicing, Repairing and Calibrating garage equipment across the East Anglia and the UK since 1992.
None of this is rocket science most of this equipment is mechanical, so relatively simple once you've located the problem and the spare parts. However, as with everything in this world, there's always the quality of the products and has it had regular maintenance? You will understand this conversation, its exactly the same as your customers with their cars?
Quality : When we supply you with equipment we don't want to keep coming back to repair it, we want you to enjoy it and make money from using it. Keeping that in mind, we are fairly critical about what we sell you, quality, reliability and spares availability when needed are major factors to us.
Once we have this in-place, we concentrate on our pricing and the best deal we can offer you. We offer a price promise, so if you've seen it cheaper elsewhere, let us know?
Maintenance : Again, taking your customers as an example, "maintenance" if you want reliability with your workshop equipment, keep it maintained. A simple "once a year service" can flag up worn components, a slack cable or chain or even a problem with the safety system. Regular maintenance allows the workshop to flow smoother and be more efficient. Our expertise can help you identify the right products for your workshop, plus we will provide the training how to use it at your own premises.
