Equipment Breakdown

Its going to happen at sometime, a breakdown, after all garage equipment is mechanical. When it does happen, it's always at the wrong time, last service of the day, car on the lift, lift stopped working and cant get it down, customer waiting, needs to get home, you know the scenario.
Stress level rising what can we do?
Give us a call, we cant guarantee you an engineer immediately and he certainly wont be there in 15 minutes, but its worth a call, it wont be the first time our engineer happens to be just down the road at the next garage or workshop.

Also, if the situation is desperate, we may be able to advise you on safely getting the lift down with the car intact until we can get there and rectify the problem.
