The Garage got customer to help with work on his car. The Company director, walked away and left the customer standing under car on the lift. The Vehicle then fell off lift and on to the customer. The customer was in the critical care unit for six days and suffered permanent, life-changing injuries. The Health and Safety Executive says he is lucky to be alive.
