The modern vehicle is getting wider and wider still, accommodating the user's demand for comfortability and space when driving. Meanwhile, electrical cars are becoming more popular, and the presence of batteries is slowly changing the needs of the workshop. 

This includes the requirements of the lift and jacking beam, which needs to lift heavier loads at wider positions.

The AC Hydraulic "WIDE" models are probably the widest jacking beam in the world?

Although wide they will still fit your existing four post lift or inspection pit.

Designed specifically to lift electric cars and vans whilst servicing or carrying out the MOT Test. 

Lifting 2.6 tonnes with the arms fully extended at 1865 mm you can imagine, this 

jacking beam needs to be heavy duty, strong, robust, and extremely reliable, to achieve this AC Hydraulic only use the highest quality materials during manufacture.

Features include :

• A NEW PUMP

  The NEW wide edition jacking beam features a new and improved pump, which ensures even more reliability, as well as over 50% faster lifting and lowering capability.

• FLEXIBLE MOUNTING BRACKET SYSTEM
  The unique height adjustable mounting bracket system, will ensure a perfect fit on any lift - no matter who is the manufacturer.

• LIFTING POINTS OUTSIDE OF ANY BATTERY FRAME
  The arms are capable of extending beyond the battery to the lifting points ensuring that electric cars can be lifted without damaging the battery pack.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                        

The top support beam can be extended from 720 mm fully closed to 1865 mm fully open.

Closed height of only 190 mm optimal for vehicles with a low clearance.

Will it fit my Vehicle Lift or Inspection Pit?

We offer a massive range of jacking beam ends to fit your vehicle lift or inspection pit.

We will need to know the make & model of the vehicle lift you intend to fit your jacking 

beam to, or if it's an inspection pit we will need a simple survey form to be completed 

with its dimensions.

WARRANTY

AC Hydraulics products offer high performance and quality, so does its warranty. 

All AC Hydraulic products are covered by a 10 year warranty on the frame, chassis, and steel structure, as well as a 3 years warranty on the hydraulic system (pump and cylinder).

The warranty covers replacements of parts due to defects in material or workmanship. The warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, misuse, neglect, improper maintenance or normal wear and tear. 

EXAMPLE

Blue parts are covered by a 10 year prolonged warranty.

Red parts are covered by a 3 year prolonged warranty.
