For instance, the model GDT150-1 is a single telescopic ram, air hydraulic, 15 tonne capacity jacking beam.

Then take a closer look, its not your average jacking beam because it offers several purposes. 

Very cleverly designed for use in the inspection pit as a jacking beam for everyday tasks or when needed a commercial transmission jack to lift those heavy gearboxes seen in today's trucks. 

This unique jacking beam runs along your existing pit rails for added safety and is fitted with a very long 1280mm stroke telescopic dual ram. The hydraulics have been placed lower in the inspection pit thus giving the ability to reach above the pit when lifting vehicles and lowered into the pit when lifting heavy items like gearboxes, transfer boxes or differentials. Fitted traversable sliding ram which auto locks at 800kgs capacity. Extremely heavy duty support arms manufactured to your inspection pits specification and are mounted with heavy duty wheels with fitted grease nipples to secure smooth, virtually effortless running along the pit rails.

WARRANTY

AC Hydraulics offer high performance and quality, so does its warranty. 

All AC Hydraulic products are covered by a 10 year warranty on the frame, chassis, and steel structure, as well as a 3 years warranty on the hydraulic system (pump and cylinder).

The warranty covers replacements of parts due to defects in material or workmanship. The warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, misuse, neglect, improper maintenance or normal wear and tear. 

EXAMPLE

Blue parts are covered by a 10 year prolonged warranty.

Red parts are covered by a 3 year prolonged warranty.
