The AC Hydraulic FL-2M range of jacking beams are exactly the same as the FL-1 versions, however, take a closer look and you will see these models are fitted with the unique "AUTOMATIC RAM LOCK SAFETY SYSTEM" to both rams. With the usual exceptional high standards we see from AC Hydraulic these units are built with two individually controlled rams fitted with the auto-lock safety system offering safe and balanced lifting of all HGV vehicles. A rapid and precise air hydraulic unit with high speed ram travel. Simple modern design with control panel at an ergonomical working height, both rams can slide transversely to one another. Ideal for the inspection pit where vehicles are having major repair works and stand for long periods, or simply as an additional safety system, offering prevention against unintentional lowering. The FL-2M range are designed for use on a four post lift and available in four lifting capacities, 6t, 12t, 16t & 20tonnes. These jacking beams will fit almost every commercial lift on the market today due its adjustable frame and selection of end brackets.

WARRANTY

AC Hydraulics offer high performance and quality, so does its warranty. 

All AC Hydraulic products are covered by a 10 year warranty on the frame, chassis, and steel structure, as well as a 3 years warranty on the hydraulic system (pump and cylinder).

The warranty covers replacements of parts due to defects in material or workmanship. The warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, misuse, neglect, improper maintenance or normal wear and tear. 

EXAMPLE

Blue parts are covered by a 10 year prolonged warranty.

Red parts are covered by a 3 year prolonged warranty.
