The AC Hydraulic "GD-1" range of Air Hydraulic jacking beams are as the "1" suggests, single ram models. However, depending on what you want to achieve and your own individual requirements the "GD-1" range of jacking beams offer large scope in its operation. As with all the AC Hydraulic products they are exceptionally well manufactured and have a massive range of accessories, by utilising some of those accessories the GD-1 can be used as a traditional jacking beam or as a transmission jack for gearbox removal. (With option of AS3 Gearbox Saddle)

The GD-1 models are available in three different lifting capacities,

GD100-1, 10 tonne variant. 

GD150-1, 15 tonne variant. 

GD200-1, 20 tonne variant.

Rapid and precise air hydraulic unit with high speed ram travel.

Simple modern design with control panel at ergonomical working height. Adjustable frame construction allows installation into any inspection pit. Frame height is adjustable and can be set to the customers individual specifications. Fitted with leaf spring support bearings for easy glide traversing ram. Massive 800mm hydraulic lifting stroke.

All AC JACKING BEAMS INCLUDE AN EXTENSIVE WARRANTY.

Blue parts are covered by a 10 year prolonged warranty.

Red parts are covered by a 3 year prolonged warranty.
