The MULTITUNE Class 4 MOT Package includes :

One man operation Class 4 ATL (automated test lane)  

1 x VTEQ/Rotary Four Post 4000kg electro-hydraulic lift with  4700mm platform length. The platforms incorporate fully recessed mechanical heavy duty bearing turn plates and electro-hydraulic wheel-play detectors, operated via a wireless remote control handset with LED torch. 

Note : This lift can be supplied in two versions, recessed into floor or floor mounted.

We also offer other lifts with different lifting tonnage or platform lengths. 

1 x VTEQ3000 "Connected" Roller Brake Tester 

A high quality roller brake tester with proven longevity, reliability and an excellent pedigree with thousands of units installed and working successfully in the UK.

This roller brake tester includes ATL (automatic test lane) software & hardware enabling an MOT test to carried out with a single operator, it follows a preset automatic test procedure which offers time saving on every test.

All VTEQ brake testers offer a heavy duty durable frame and hard wearing roller surface to ensure longer life. Excellent features expected from a leading brand, include soft start motors, bi-directional operation, 4 wheel drive testing, in-car tablet and remote control. This model is prepared for the latest DVSA Connectivity and has special software that enables the test results to be forwarded to the DVSA website when requested.

All VTEQ RBT’s can be configured to run dual software with some chosen emission testers thus reducing equipment clutter and saving on cost. (ask about your model)

Complete with cover plates for safety when not in use.

Hand hydraulic jacking beam for passenger cars and vans offering quick and efficient lifting due to its manual double acting pump.  Low closed height of only 180 mm makes it suitable for vehicles with a low clearance. Flexible top support beam can be extended up to 1610 mm. Unique height adjustable support arm system – designed to our VTEQ four post lift.                 Two-hand lowering operation with dead man’s release, automatic safety locking device and overload valve for optimum safety. Supplied with 3 extension sets - 10/40/85 mm and rubber cushion for protection of car body.

1 x VTEQ Laser Headlamp aligner and Rail set.

HLA /DL Headlamp Aligner The HLA/DL headlamp aligner offers leading edge specifications having the benefit of dual laser alignment for speed and accuracy plus a built-in luxmeter. This advanced beam setter is suitable for any kind of headlamp including Xenon and LED lamps, it has laser in the centre of the screen which highlights the centre of the headlight enabling correct positioning of the screen to the headlight. The second high quality Laser is positioned at the top of the mast to locate accurate longitudinal aim.
